数据挖掘算法在排球比赛技战术分析中的应用研究

摘    要:分析了数据挖掘算法在体育比赛技战术分析中应用的难点,提出了一种挖掘排球比赛制胜关键因素的方案,应用基于马尔科夫过程的数据挖掘算法,通过计算系统可靠性差分,解决了排球比赛中寻找关键动作转换过程的问题。在数据采集方面,通过寻找频繁脚本提高了采集速度,满足了临场采集的实时性要求,在数据预处理方面,针对由于排球比赛规则所产生的数据二义性问题,提出了一种为状态转移率设定阈值分别进行数据预处理的解决方案,使之满足算法应用条件。设计实验展示了该方案的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:The difficulty of applying data mining technology to the technical-tactics analysis in sports field was investigated and a solution to mining the key factor of scoring in volleyball matches was presented. This solution applied an approach of data mining based on Markov process to find focal process of action transitions by calculating system reliability difference. Because rules of volleyball match brought ambiguity to data, a solution was proposed which preprocessed the data respectively by setting the threshold of the state transition probability. The experiment proves the correctness and feasibility of the solution.
