可变径闸板防喷器结构研究

摘    要:闸板防喷器是石油钻井过程中的一种重要设备.可变径闸板防喷器作为新型的闸板防喷器,能够密封一定范围内多种规格的钻具,具有成本低,使用方便的优点.在阐述其封井机理的基础上,比较了几种可变径闸板的结构特点.通过建立有限元模型,模拟了可变径闸板的工作过程,对应力的分布和变化进行了分析,为可变径闸板防喷器的优化设计打下了基础.

Abstract:Ram-type blowout preventer is important equipment used in oil drilling operation. Variable bore ram-type blowout preventer, the improved type, is capable of sealing drill tools whose sizes are within a certain range, and has advantages of low cost and convenience. Based on the expatiation of well sealing mechanism, the structural characteristics of several types of variable bore ram are discussed, the operation of variable bore ram is simulated by establishing finite element model, and stress distribution and variation are analyzed, thus providing foundation for design optimization of variable bore ram-type blowout preventer.
