中国水利水电勘测设计技术进步与发展

摘    要:新中国成立60多年来,我国建设了许多防洪、发电、灌溉、调水等水利水电工程,水利水电勘测设计水平不断得到提高。总体看,我国水利水电勘测设计技术已位于世界前列,许多关键技术的把握处于世界领先地位。回顾了各时期水利水电事业的发展,从各时期标志性水利水电工程建设说明勘测设计水平的进步和提高,并对当前所处的地位及今后发展趋势作出了初步评价。

Abstract:Since the past 60 years after the founding of PRC, many hydropower projects such as flood control, power generation, irrigation and water conservancy, etc, are constructed and hydropower survey and design level is continuously improved. In general, our hydropower survey and design techniques in the world, has a leading position in the world with many key techniques. This paper reviewed the development of undertakings of water conservancy and hydropower period, illustrated improvement of the survey and design from the landmark hydropower engineering construction period and also made the preliminary evaluation for the status and future development trend.
