| 摘 要： | 采用亚氯酸钠-过硫酸钠制备二氧化氯的方法进行了系统研究，通过正交试验确定了最佳反应条件，并考察了单因素对二氧化氯的浓度和纯度的影响。研究发现了其最佳反应条件，在此条件下，转化率可达82％以上，纯度达98％以上。该法反应迅速，可以制备出高纯二氧化氯，转化率高，反应易于控制。

| Abstract: | A systematic study of the method was carried out by using sodium chlorite-sodium persulfate to prepare chlorine dioxide. The optimal reaction conditions were determined through orthogonal experiments, and the effects of the single factor on the concentration and purity of chlorine dioxide were tested. The optimal reaction condition were studied in the experiment. The reaction time was about 30 minutes, the conversion rate and purity could be over 71 per cent and 98 per cent respectively. The method can prepare high- purity chlorine dioxide, with high conversion rate and controlled easily. |
