摘    要:利用一种热通量传感器(HFM)测试系统研究了爆炸场的热辐射效应,测试了质量为27 kg的固液复合含铝炸药、固体复合含铝炸药、燃料空气炸药以及TNT4种炸药的爆炸场热效应,得到了相应的热通量动态曲线.依据云爆药剂的爆炸特性,分析了爆炸场的热效应以及热毁伤效应.结果表明,通过HFM可以获得明显的爆炸场热通量信号以及HFM的...

Abstract:A Heat Flux Microsensor(HFM) was used in the investigation of the thermal radiation effect of the blasting field.Through measuring the blasting heat effect of liquid-solid composite aluminized explosives,solid composite aluminized explosives,fuel-air explosives and TNT explosives with 27 kilograms by the HFM,the corresponding dynamic curves of heat flux were obtained.Heating effect and thermal damage in the blasting field were analyzed according to blast characteristics of thermaobaric explosive.Results indicate that the obvious signal of heat flux and thermal rise in blasting field are obtained by HFM.Heat effect of blasting field is the result of the compositive process of heat radiation and heat convection.The thermal damage of fuel-air explosive is 2.08 times more than that of TNT based on the guide line of heat dose.
