变频调速物料输送系统的研制与应用

摘    要:应用微机技术,变频技术与电机相结合,根据管道中的实际物料情况,调整电机的转速,实现全自动恒速(变速)物料输送,确保管道不发生堵塞现象,从而达到高效节能的目的。本文介绍了一个现场应用的科技成果,即由变频器带动的风力物料输送系统,它采用PLC实现模糊调节和对系统实施控制,取代了原来的传统手工操作方式。现场运行表明,系统运行可靠,稳定性好,取得了明显的节能降耗效果。

Abstract:Combimed micro computer technology with frequency converted technology and motor, based on practical material condition in pipe, regulating the motor speed, realized the automatical constant (varied) material transport, ensued the pipe did not 1 - lock up and attained higher efficincy and energy saving. This paper introduced a Scene applied technical achievement. It used frequency converted to drive material transport system and used PLC blurred regu lated and system practice control substituted for original traditional manual operation. The scene in motion proved the system operated reliability and stability and remarkable energy saving effects were obtained.
