| 摘 要： | 文章从电力架空线路覆冰雪产生的条件和危害入手，重点介绍了输电线路覆冰监测技术及应用现状，并提出改进建议。综合考虑湖北冰灾区域和覆冰监测的有效性，建议在湖北的恩宜荆荆电网和鄂东与江西交界的成宁重冰区装设覆冰在线监测装置，并提出具体应用原则。
