摘    要:从1991年成立至今,燕山石化教育培训中心经历了从改革转型、突出培训到建立体系、强化培训、创造辉煌的过程。1991至2001年,教育培训中心积极转变观念,深化改革,稳步完成转轨变型,拓宽渠道,积极进取,全面调整工作方向,成功实现转型。从2001年到2011年,燕山石化教培中心拓宽培训领域,扩大办学规模,优化师资队伍,提升创新能力,深化精细化管理,施教能力逐步提高,基地建设不断增强,品牌项目逐步形成,培训体系逐步完善。未来将持续强化核心能力,建设现代化培训基地,推进远程培训各项工作。

Abstract:After years of development in staff training, Zhongyuan Oilfield established its own brands and made remarkable achievements in multiple fields. The training of internationalized personnel has become an increasingly prominent brand; safety training has been getting more systematic; notable results have been made in the implementation of information-driven training; the training camp conducted before the skills competitions has proven to be rather effective; new progress has been made in the construction of "three types of training resources"; and the development goals and direction are getting more clear.
