环氧树脂增韧改性的研究

摘    要:用纳米TiO2对环氧树脂E44进行增韧改性,研究了不同含量的纳米粒子对固化体系的凝胶特性、力学性能及热性能的影响,得出适量TiO2的加入会大幅度地提高环氧树脂的冲击性能和弯曲性能,3%用量时,冲击性能可以提高122.5%,弯曲强度可提高29%,热变形温度稍有下降。

Abstract:The treatment of RDX waste water by photo-fenton reagent was investigated in this paper. Under the 25 W ultraviolet lamp illumination, the degeneration rate reached 97.85% when the initial ooncentmtion of RDX waste water was 80 mg/L in this system, and the main influencing factor on reaction was also analyzed. The results indicated that the photo-Fenton reagent could be effective to purify the RDX waste water.
