高压异步电机转子绕组故障诊断系统的研究

摘    要:采用定子稳态电流与起动电流相结合的分析方法诊断异步电机转子绕组故障中 ,通过频率细化和自适应滤波技术 ,大大提高了基于电机稳态电流故障诊断的分辨能力和实用性 ;通过对电机定子起动电流时频分析 ,提出采用起动电流中特定频率分量诊断故障的新方法 ,大大提高了电机轻微故障时故障诊断的准确性。根据分析结果研制出了实用可靠的大型异步电机转子绕组故障诊断系统。

Abstract:An improvement method of induction machine rotor fault diagnosis based on the stator-steady current and stator-start current of the machine is put forward in this thesis. To improve the resolution of the frequency and the amplitude of fault feature component, the frequency subdivision and the adaptive filter are used in processing the steady current of stator. With time-frequency analysis on stator-starting current, a new diagnostic method that using the special frequency component to diagnosis rotor winding faults is shown. This method has consumedly improved the reliability of fault diagnosis. At last the diagnosis system of rotor winding faults in induction motors is developed.
