| 摘 要： | 为了合理确定村镇住宅的耐久性设计水平,以及对村镇住宅使用中是否需要维修加固提供判别依据,本文首先分析了村镇住宅耐久性的概念和内涵,然后分两种情况对村镇住宅的耐久性进行经济对比分析:一种是对不同耐久性设计水平的方案进行经济比较,另一种是对同一住宅方案是否进行维修加固的经济性进行比较。文中分别分析了不同耐用年限的方案在其生命周期中的费用年值,通过比较建立了决策取舍的判别式。最后运用所建公式进行了算例研究,结果表明提高村镇住宅的耐久性通常具有较好的经济效果。研究结果可对提高村镇住宅的耐久性提供理论上的依据。
