摘    要:以牛血红蛋白作为模板蛋白分子,在紫外光照射的条件下以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)作为光引发剂在石英晶体微天平(QCM)上分别制备了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)-三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(TEGDMA)、三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯聚合膜,利用石英微天平表征了不同分子印迹膜对模板蛋白的响应信号,并对两种不同聚合膜材料表面对牛血红蛋白的吸附能力做了比较。结果表明,基于分子印迹技术构建的石英晶体微天平生物传感器具有良好的识别血红蛋白的特性。
