固定化降解菌去除原水中微囊藻毒素

摘    要:利用海藻酸钠对一株微囊藻毒素(MC)降解菌进行固定,研究了固定化细菌对原水中微囊藻毒素LR(MCLR)的降解过程。结果表明,海藻酸钠固定化细菌可在4d内将初始浓度为4.1mg/L的MCLR降解到检测限以下。温度对固定化细菌的活性影响较大,随着温度的升高固定化细菌对MCLR的降解速率逐渐增大。固定化细菌降解MCLR的速率不受初始pH值和添加外源有机碳、硝氮和磷的影响。因此,固定化细菌能快速降解MCLR,且不易受外界环境的影响,可有效处理原水中的MCLR。

Abstract:The removal of microcystin LR(MCLR) by immobilized MC-degrading bacteria was investigated with sodium alginate as the immobilization matrix.The results show that MCLR(5 mg/L) was degraded to below the detection limit within 4 days.Temperature could affect the activity of the immobilized bacteria,and the rates of MCLR biodegradation increased with increasing incubation temperature.The addition of glucose,nitrogen or phosphorus and the initial pH value in cultures had no obvious effect on the biodegradation o...
