摘    要:采用从汽车修理厂土壤中采集的菌种,借鉴国内外对多环芳烃化合物降解菌的驯化和筛选的方法,在自然条件下驯化、分离、筛选出能降解H205的菌株。研究菌株在不同接种量的条件下以及在不同底物浓度的条件下的降解动力学模型,分析表明,细菌不同接种量时H205的降解为一级反应,接种量为5%、10%、15%、18%、20%时反应式分别为:C=96.75exp(-0.010 6t),C=103.387exp(-0.023t),C=103.234exp(-0.014t),C=102.929exp(-0.011 1t),C=107.429exp(-0.015t)。不同初始底物浓度时H205的降解为零级反应,其降解规律符合Monod方程:1/μ=60.194/sρ+0.443 3。
