天然硅质掺合料活性粉末混凝土(RPC)研究

摘    要:研究了作为第6组分的天然硅质活性掺合料取代硅灰的比例、水胶比对活性粉末混凝土的流动度、抗压强度的影响;并利用火山灰效应数值分析方法定量地分析了活性掺合料和硅灰对RPC的抗压强度贡献率。研究表明,在控制一定的流动度,掺合料取代硅灰不超过50%的条件下,能够配制出强度高于120 MPa的活性粉末混凝土。

Abstract:The effects caused by the rate of the silica fume replaced by a natural active siliceous mineral admixture which can be considered the sixth component of concrete,the water-binder ratio on the compress strength and fluidity of reactive powder concrete(RPC) has been investrated.The strength contribution rate of silica fume and mineral admixture to the RPC has been studied each by the quantity analytical method of pozzolanic effect.The results show that 120 MPa RPC can be prepared in condition that the fluidi...
