| 摘 要： | 交通行业是高风险的行业,如何保障和提高交通行业的安全性是交通行业安全管理中的重要研究内容。介绍了一种基于风险耦合的交通安全应急管理系统,给出了该系统整体框架结构、体系结构与技术架构的设计,并在系统目标分析的基础上阐述了系统功能模块的设计。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of transport risk coupling,this paper set up a system to manage the traffic emergence.This system is consist of two subsystems: traffic risk forewarning subsystem and traffic accident response subsystem.This paper describes the frame of this system and elaborates the function module of two subsystem,which provides a feasible method to improve traffic security management. |
