摘    要:DCS系统在生产过程控制中普遍应用,因此在不增加硬件投资的前提下开发和应用DCS的先进控制功能具有实际的技术经济意义。介绍μXL-DCS环境下开发的纯滞后自适应补偿控制算法简单实用,经离线仿真实验有较好的鲁棒性,在常减压加热炉温度控制中应用得到较好的控制效果。

Application of Large Time Lag Process Self-Adaptive Compensation Control in DCS Environment
Abstract:The DCS system is generally applied in producing process control, so that DCS advanced control functions are developed and used without increasing hardware investments. It will practically have technical and economical significance. This paper introduces simple and useful time lag Process Self-Adaptive Compensation control algorithms. They have better Robustness in off-line simulation experiments and better control effects applied in constant reduced pressure furnace temperature control.
