| 摘 要： | 采用高温开炼机制备了橡塑比为60/40的MPU/TPEE动态硫化热塑性弹性体(TPV),考察了不同种类促进剂对MPU橡胶硫化特性及MPU/TPEE TPV物理机械性能和门尼黏度影响。结果表明,次磺酰胺类促进剂在MPU橡胶中防焦效果为NS>NOBS>CZ>DZ;秋兰姆类促进剂不适合作为MPU橡胶的促进剂;橡胶的硫化程度越大TPV的拉断强度越大;促进剂种类对TPV硬度影响不大;ZDC作为促进剂制备的TPV的门尼黏度最小,同时相容洁面厚度大于DZ促进TPV的厚度。
