赫-巴流体钻头水力参数优化程序设计方法

摘    要:循环压耗的准确计算是钻头水力参数优化程序设计的基础。在给出用赫-巴流体准确求解循环压耗的基础上,以最大钻头水功率或最大冲击力的工作方式为依据设计出最优的水力路线,以此来优选钻井水力参数和最优喷嘴尺寸。最后通过计算实例和编制的程序对宾汉模式、幂律模式和赫-巴模式进行了分析对比,指出采用赫-巴流体模式进行计算准确度高,完全能满足钻井工程设计要求。

Abstract:Accurate calculation of cyclic pressure dissipation is the basis of programming of bit hydraulics optimization. Based on accurate calculation of cyclic pressure dissipation with H - B fluid model, optimum hydraulic routes are designed by using operation patterns of maximum water power and maximum impulsive force, so as to select drilling hydraulics and optimum nozzle sizes. The Bingham model, power law model and H - B model are compared by using the program developed and through case calculation. Comparison shows that H - B model can give out more accurate calculation results and can fully meet the requirements of drilling engineering design.
