摘    要:本文通过对中心盖进行宏观观察、化学成分分析、低倍检测、断口观察及金相组织检测,对电弧炉中心盖崩塌事故的原因进行了分析.结果表明,循环冷却水死角引起的水垢及氧化产物堆积,造成中心盖底板冷却不及时、组织过热、表面氧化及垢下腐蚀,使钢板逐渐减薄至塌透,冷却水泄漏,炉内压力增大,进而在焊接质量不佳的焊缝处迅速开裂并大面积漏水,导致炉盖崩塌.在以上分析的基础上,本文还提出了改进措施.

Abstract:In this paper, macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, low multiple testing and fracture surface investigation as well as the metallographic examination were developed to analyze the bursting fault of the oven lid of arc furnace. The results show that bursting of the oven lid is caused by accumulation of the oxide and incrustation brought by cycle cooling water, which leaded the overheating and oxiding and corruption under the incrustation and localized thinning of the bottom boards, When the material of the bottom board was reduced to penetrate, the cooling water leaked and the pressure inside the arc furnace hoisted. Evenly for the bad welding, the welding seam crazed rapidly on great area and leaked, the bursting failure was occurred. In this paper, the improved measures were also brought forward.
