| 摘 要： | 近年来，南通市科技企业孵化器发展成绩斐然，在促进地方经济增长和科技发展过程中起到了关键的作用。文章分析了当前南通市科技企业孵化器发展中存在的制约因素，包括环境因素、融资渠道因素、人才因素、政策落实因素，并有针对性地从四个方面提出了对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years the development of Nantong's tech-business incubator has made great progress,playing an important role in accelerating local economy,science and technology development.This paper analyzed the restriction factors of incubator's development in Nantong City,including environment factors,financing channel factors,talent factors and policy workable factors.And according to these factors,the authors advanced the countermeasures from four aspects. |
