| Abstract: | Network management should be implemented for safety in the petroleum companies with specific responsibilities carrying out by the specific personnel. Regulations on safety management can be further perfect to realize co-management both manager and staffs, strengthening inspection and examination. In addition, it is necessary to carry out quantity examination and veto-by-one system. |
