| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了冷藏运输汽车采用液氮喷淋式技术的必要性 ,并介绍了喷淋箱体冷藏车的实验测试 ;采用液氮喷淋式技术 ,所需设备少、流程简单、安装操作十分方便 ,投资较少即可实现多种冷藏食品的需要 ,此技术具有推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | The paper describes the necessity to use LN 2 spraying technique in a cold storage vehicle and also the experimental test for a cold storage vehicle using spray compartment.The use of LN 2 spraying technique is characterized by less equipment required,simple process,convenient installation and operation.In addition,with less investment,the requirements for a variety of frozen food can be satisfied.This technique is valuable for popular application. |
