摘    要:提出了一种能够大大减小电弧对触头的烧损,实现无弧分断的方法。即一方面采用专用的集成电路构成控制电路实现交流接触器的首相电流过零分断;另一方面将PTC元件应用于交流接触器领域,即在交流接触器的触头两端并联PTC元件,利用TC元件自身的特点,在分断电路时,吸收主电路能量,实现无弧分断。

Abstract:The arc is the important factor of AC contactor electricity life, in order to improve electricity life of AC contactor, arc should be reduced. A new method to achieve arcless interruptions in AC contactor was put forward. On one hand, special integrate circuit was used to make control circuit to achieve the first phase zero current AC contactor interruption, on the other hand, the PTC element was paralleled with the contact of AC contactor to absorb the circuit energy and achieve the arcless interruption.
