高拉速板坯结晶器浸入式水口的优化

摘    要:针对1400 mm×180 mm断面、最高拉速为1.6 m/min的结晶器,应用相似原理,建立了水模型,研究浸入式水口对结晶器内流场的影响。结果表明:当拉速为1.6 m/min时,侧孔20 mm×30 mm,下倾角度21°,开底孔13 mm的水口比较合适。

Abstract:Based on the similar theory, for the section of 1400 mm×180 mm and the maximum casting speed 1.6 m/min mould, a water model is established for studying SEN how to effect the the flow field in the mold. The conclusion shows it is suitable with opening 20 mm×30 mm side holes, 21° under inclined angle, the bottom hole 13 mm opening, when the speed is 1.6 m/min.
