| 摘 要： | 紧密塞络纺棉纱既具有紧密纱毛羽少的优点，又能发挥塞络纺合股的效果，是生产高档次织物的理想原料。介绍了紧密赛络纺的纺纱原理和特点，井通过对纱线性能的对比分析，对紧密塞络纺棉纱的关键影响因素（吸风负压、集聚牵伸、隔距块、钢丝圈）进行了优化设计，为纺制紧密塞络纺棉纱提供了参考。

| Abstract: | Compact Siro-spun cotton yarn which possesses the advantages of little hairiness of compact yarn and brings into play the effect of plying of Siro-spinning is ideal for production of high grade fabric.This article introduces the principle and characteristics of compact Siro-spinning.Through the comparative analysis on properties of yarn,optimized design on the key influencing factors of compact Siro-spun cotton yarn(negative pressure,compact drafting multiple,ring traveler,spacer) is done,providing a reference for spinning compact Siro-spun cotton yarn. |
