| 摘 要： | 强调变消极保护为积极保护,将保护、利用同发展结合起来,走新型产业化道路,以发展促进保护。为此作者提出“发展”、“公正”、“转移”、“参与”、“改善”、“尺度”、“院落”、“肌理”八点看法,期望我国历史文化名城得到科学的保护与发展。

| Abstract: | In sight of turning passive conservation into positive, promoting conservation by development, integrat-ing conservation, utilization and development into a whole, and following the road of industrialization, this paper brings forward 8 points of view about conservation and develop-ment of historic city: development, fairness, shift, participation, improvement, scale, yard and tissue. |
