新型无动力智能连续排矸提效的研究与应用

摘    要:本文重点介绍了国家能源集团准格尔能源有限责任公司哈尔乌素露天煤矿选煤厂针对连续排矸系统的排矸工序繁琐、排矸时间长、排矸效率低、工人劳动强度大等问题,对现有连续排矸系统工艺和方式进行对比分析,通过优化排矸工艺,集成自动化集中控制,改进排矸设备等方式,形成了一种"扇形闸门+转载溜槽+自动智能控制+外排装车"新型无动力智能化连续排矸作业方式,实现了"运矸、放矸、装矸"智能一体化联合作业,为煤矸石自动装车系统智能化运行开辟了新思路,响应了国家能源集团"节能减排、绿色生产"的号召,推广应用后效益十分可观。

Abstract:This article focuses on the comparative analysis on the process and mode of continuous refuse discharge system carried out by Ha’erwusu Open-pit Coal Mine Coal Preparation Plant for the problems of the continuous refuse discharge system,including complicated refuse discharge procedures,long refuse discharge time,low refuse discharge efficiency,and high labor intensity of workers,etc.By optimizing the refuse discharge process,integrating automatic centralized control and improving the refuse discharge equipment,a new type of non-powered intelligent continuous refuse discharge mode of"sector gate+transfer chute+automatic intelligent control+external discharge and loading"is formed,which realizes the intelligent integrated joint operation of refuse transportation,discharge and loading.It provides a new idea for the intelligent operation of the automatic loading system of coal refuses,responds to the call of the CHN Energy for energy saving and emission reduction and green production,and has considerable benefits after generalization and application.
