| 摘 要： | 研究了可降解塑料发展现状,介绍了目前聚烯烃可降解塑料和生物可降解塑料国内生产现状,降解性能标准体系以及发展瓶颈。从政策层面、标准制修订及垃圾回收系统等方面给出了建设性意见,利于可降解塑料市场健康规范发展。

| Abstract: | The development status of degradable plastics is studied,and the current domestic production status of polyolefin degradable plastics and biodegradable plastics,the degradation performance standard system and development bottlenecks are introduced.From the policy level,constructive opinions were given in terms of standard formulation and revision and garbage recycling system,which is conducive to the healthy and standardized development of the degradable plastics market. |
