| Abstract: | The quality requirement of tire cord steel have been discussed in this paper. Factors influencing the quality of tire cord steel was also analyzed, such as inclusion size, morphology, and structure, surface quality, segregation of hot rolling wire rods. Measures controlling the morphology of inclusions and reducing the degree of segregation was proposed. |
