千米级冲击式水轮机配水环管的强度计算与水压试验

摘    要:南极洛河电站机组为千米级冲击式水轮发电机组。配水环管作为水轮机重要的输配水部件,其结构强度直接影响着机组的安全运行。鉴于此,以此水轮机配水环管的强度计算为研究内容,采用经典公式和数值计算两种理论方法,在不同的压力工况下分别对其刚度和强度进行了计算,数值计算结果显示最大应力值出现在小叉管与环管的交接处,而非普通配水环管月牙筋的附近;然后从试验的角度,对电站现场的1号和2号机组配水环管分别进行了压力等级为16.9MPa的水压试验,测量了其应力和变形,通过比较验证了其边界载荷条件施加的合理性和正确性,为千米级冲击式水轮机配水环管的设计、试验及安装运行提供技术支持。

Abstract:Nanji Luohe hydraulic power station is a Pelton turbine generator set at the level of KM.As an important water transmission and distribution component of hydraulic turbine,the structural strength of the distributor directly affects the safe operation of the unit.Taking the strength calculation of the distributor as the research content,the stiffness and the strength of the distributor are calculated respectively under different pressure conditions by using the classical formula and the numerical calculation methods.The numerical calculation results show that the maximum stress value occurs at the junction of the small bifurcation and the ring pipe,rather than near the moon rib tube of the common distributor.Then,from the view of the test,the water pressure tests of the No.1 and No.2 water distributor were carried out at the level of 16.9MPa,and the stress and deformation are measured.By comparison,the rationality and correctness of the boundary load conditions are verified,and the technical support is provided for the design,test,installation and operation of the distributor of the kilometer Pelton turbine.
