模糊综合评价在汽车产品召回效果评估中的应用

召回效果评估是产品召回实施过程监管的重要环节,国内外尚无明确、可操作的方法或标准规程。本文基于我国汽车产品召回监督工作的实践需求,从召回实施、召回措施和召回满意度3个维度构建了召回效果评估指标体系,运用模糊数学最大隶属度原理构造了效果评估模糊评判模型,并通过实例计算,验证了指标体系和评估模型的可操作性和有效性,为生产者和监管机构开展汽车产品召回效果评估提供了方法支撑。

Application of Fuzzy Synthetical Evaluation Method in Recall Effectiveness Evaluation of Automobile Products

The recall effect evaluation is an important segment in the supervision of product recall implementation process,and there is no specific and operable method or standard procedure at home and abroad.This paper constructs recall effect evaluation index system from three dimensions including recall implementation,recall measures and recall satisfaction based on the practice of automobile products recall supervision work demand.It also constructs the fuzzy evaluation model by using the maximum membership of fuzzy mathematics,verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the index system and evaluation model through example,which provides method support for manufacturers and regulators to evaluate the effect of automobile products recall.
