| Abstract: | The heavily overloaded environmental capacity is the sticking point for preservation and development in Suzhou. The main approachto keep a suitable environmental capacity is to evacuate from the old city, to strengthen the diversion and restriction of traffic flow with reinforcedplanning management, regulation on the land price in the ancient city and the development of public traffic as the essential policy guarantee.[ |
