乙烯裂解炉的热力学分析与节能措施

摘    要:通过对乙烯裂解炉热效率的正、反平衡计算,摸清裂解炉的综合用能情况,找出影响裂解炉热效率的原因。提出减少裂解炉能量损失和提高热效率的方法。建议采用降低排烟温度、预热助燃空气、改善炉子的密封性能、控制烟气中氧含量及空气过剩系数等措施提高裂解炉的热效率。

Abstract:By calculating cis-and trans-equilibration of the heat efficiency of pyrolysis furnace,makes clear its comprehensive energy consumption,finds out reasons for affecting the heat efficiency of pyrolysis furnace,and puts forward methods of reducing its energy loss and increasing its heat efficiency.Measures,such as decreasing stack gas temperature,preheating combustion-supporting air,improving sealing of the furnace,controlling oxygen content in the stack gas and air-fuel ratio,are proposed to enhance heat efficiency of pyrolysis furnace.
