基于温度传感器AD590的电热锅炉温度控制器

摘    要:介绍了一种以AT89S51单片机为核心的温度控制器的设计,在该设计中采用高精度的温度传感器ADS90对电热锅炉的温度进行实时精确测量,用超低温漂移的高精度运算放大器OP07将温度-电压信号进行放大,再送入12位的AD574A进行A\D转换。从而实现自动检测。实时显示及越限报警。控制部分采用PID算法。实时更新PWM控制输出参数,控制可控硅的通断时间。最终实现对炉温的高精度控制。给出了温度计设计方法及其实现方案并验证可行。

Abstract:A temperature controller with AT89S51 as the core is designed.A high-precision temperature sensor AD590 is used in the real-time temperature accurate measurement of electric heating boiler.A high-precision operational amplifier OP07 with an ultra-low temperature drift amplifies temperature-voltage signals and sends them to AD574A for the A/D conversion to achieve automatic detection,real-time display and off-limit alarm.PID is used in the control part.A high-precision temperature control is achieved by controlling output parameters with real-time updating PWM and by controlling the on-off time of controllable Silicon.Procedures of the design and implementation schemes show that the system is used successfully.
