DCS环境下防人因失误研究

摘    要:CPRl000机组采用了先进数字化主控室,采用DCS技术给核电站的运行和控制带来了革命性的变化。与传统主控室相比。数字化主控室相对传统主控室直观性降低了,人机信息交流出现了很大差异。发生人因失误的模式发生了变化,如何防止在数字化主控的人因失误值得深入研究。本文正是基于此点展开,分析了数字化主控的特点。并总结了数字化主控人因失效的模式。根据这些模式提出了数字化主控防人因失误的措施。

Abstract:CPR1000 units have used advanced digital main control room;and the DCS technology has brought a revolutionary change in the operation and control of nuclear power plants.Compared with the traditional main control room,the digital main control room reduces the intuitiveness,brings big difference on the human-computer exchange of information,and changes the mistake models.Therefore,how to prevent human errors in the digital main control room is worthy of further study.The article is based on this expansion to analyze the characteristics of the digital main control room;and summarizes the failure modes of the digital main control room.Furthermore,the article puts forward measures to prevent the human errors.
