摘    要:本文建立了基于虚拟仪器技术的钻头实验控制和测试系统,保证了整套测试系统在测试过程中灵活方便、成本低、效率高,能够快捷、准确、实时采集钻头的运动及受力情况。提高了测试数据的可靠性和准确性。为钻头的新产品开发和科学化设计提供了可靠的试验和检验系统。最后通过试验验证,检验了整套钻头试验控制和测试的虚拟仪器系统,很好的解决了钻头试验中存在的问题,对进一步研制高性能钻头具有很强的现实意义。

Abstract:in the paper,setup bit test control and testing system based on VI technology.The new testing system has the advantage of flexibility,low cost,high efficiency,real time,shortcut for gathering the data of bit locomotion and force,and offer reliable testing and inspection system for developing new bit product.At last,prove the VI system of bit experience control and test by the actual test.The VI system of bit experience control and test by the actual test.The VI system solves the exiting question in the biet tests,and it is very important for researching and developing advanced bit.
