基于LS-SVM的铝电解槽电解温度软测量

摘    要:针对铝电解槽温度高、腐蚀性强、温度难以直接测量的问题,在分析了铝电解生产工艺和电解温度影响因素的基础上。建立了基于最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)的铝电解槽电解温度的软测量模型。并根据实测数据进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:基于最小二乘支持向量机方法建立的铝电解槽电解温度软测量模型具有精度高、泛化性能好等特点。是一种有效测量铝电解槽电解温度的方法。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high temperature,strong corrosion and difficulty of direct measurement of the temperature,a soft measurement model of electrolyte temperature is proposed based on least square support vector machine(LS-SVM).The model is based on the analysis of aluminum electrolytic production procedure and influencing factors of electrolyte temperature.A simulation carried out according to the actual production figures and the results show that the soft-sensing of electrolyte temperature based on LS-SVM model is with high precision and good generalization performance.The results indicate that LS-SVM is an effective method in soft-sensing of aluminum electrolyte’s temperature.
