摘    要:本文通过大量试验,现场测试,金相组织对比及理论分析,论述了在H62同步齿圈精密成形工艺中坯料的加热温度对模具的使用寿命,成形件的充满,内部质量及组织状态等方面所产生的影响,提供了最佳的坯料加热温度及其确定的依据与方法。

Abstract:The influence of heating temperature of the ring on its inner quality,working life of die filling up of working piece and microstructure in the precision forming technology of synchro-gear ring H62 are investigated with a lots of experiments.Theoretical analysis is made on the basis of the experimental data measured on spots and the microstructure of specimens is campared. Also,the fundation and methods of determining optimunheating temperature of the ring are pointed out.
