| 摘 要： | 介绍了公路优化设计与建设项目投资控制的关系,提出了设计阶段优化设计的建议,有利于搞好公路工程建设项目的投资控制,并且指出设计人员要用价值工程的原理来进行设计方案分析,从而真正达到优化设计。
