大功率机车柴油机气缸盖热负荷研究

摘    要:对R16V280ZJ型柴油机额定工况和部分负荷工况气缸盖底板的温度分布进行了试验研究,并对气缸盖进行了额定工况下温度场、热流量场、热变形和热应力的有限元分析。结果表明,温度场计算结果与试验结果基本吻合,排气门过桥处存在较大的热负荷。

Abstract:A research about temperature distribution is made experimentally on the fire deck of cylinder head of R16V280ZJ locomotive diesel engine when it running under rating loading and partial loading condition respectively. Moreover,a series of finite element analysis for temperature field,heat flux field,thermal strain and thermal stress are made for the cylinder head when it running under rating condition. It is demonstrated that the calculated result of temperature field are in accordance with experimental one in general,and heavy thermal exists at the bridge between two exhaust valve seats.
