纳米钛酸锶钡粉体的熔盐法制备

摘    要:以TiO2、BaCO3和Sr(NO3)2为原料,KNO3和KOH为熔剂,利用熔盐法分别在650,750℃下,制备了钛酸锶钡(BaxSr1–xTiO3,简称BST)纳米粉体。研究了不同温度和不同熔盐的配比条件下BST粉体的生长特征。结果表明,熔盐配比和温度的影响显著。当ζ(KNO3∶KOH)为15∶1时,在750℃下反应3h可形成单一相的BST纳米粉体,晶粒度为42nm;当其为9∶1时,在650℃下反应5h便可形成单一相的BST粉体,晶粒度为89nm。

Abstract:BaxSr1–xTiO3 (BST) nanopowders were prepared by the reaction between TiO2, BaCO3 and Sr(NO3)2 in the molten salts of KNO3 and KOH. It is found that the crystal growth characteristics are affected obviously by both the growth temperature and the mass ratio of KNO3 to KOH. The single-phase BST powder with crystallites of 42 nm and 89 nm is prepared at 750 ℃ and 650 ℃, respectively, when the ratio of KNO3 to KOH is 15∶1 and 9∶1.
