基于微处理器的电子计数器原理及测量误差分析

摘    要:在电子测量领域,随着集成电路技术的发展,基于微处理器的电子计数器测量频率的使用越来越广。本文通过具体的理论分析,描述了以微处理器为核心的的电子计数器测频系统组成原理和测量过程中产生的误差原因和改进方法。

Abstract:In the electronic surveying field,with the development of the integrated circuit technology,electronic counter survey frequency is used more and more broadly.Through the concrete theoretical analysis,the electronic counter frequency measurement system composition principle,which is at the core of the microprocessor,is described in this paper.The source of error in the measurement and the improvement method is discussed as well.
