摘    要:就辽宁石油化工大学4台14MW热水锅炉及5个换热站的实际运行情况,阐述了目前中、小型热水锅炉常见的系统调节控制方案以及公用水系统和换热站二网,主要内容包括:燃烧系统;鼓风变频系统;引风变频系统;鼓、引风连锁;锅炉出水温度连锁;锅炉出水压力连锁以及循环泵和补水泵的变频系统,4台锅炉本体采用集散控制系统(DCS),用于控制燃烧系统,即调节鼓、引风电机,炉排电机和给煤电机。介绍了锅炉自动燃烧专家控制系统内部调节参数的设定、DCS系统的在线投运、手动和自动的无扰动切换以及自动燃烧系统操作参数的现场整定。

Automatic Adjusting and Controlling of 14 MW Boiler
Abstract:According to the actual running situations of the four 14 MW boilers and five heat-exchanging stations in Liaoning University of Petroleum & Chemical Technology, the current common system adjusting and controlling solutions of medium or small-scale boilers and the design scheme of two networks of public water system and heat-exchanging stations were described. Its main contents focused on burning system, frequency conversion system of a blast fan, frequency conversion system of a draft fan, concatenation between the blast fan and draft fan, concatenation of water temperature of waterspout, concatenation of water pressure of waterspout, and frequency conversion system of circulation pumps and make-up pumps. The main bodies of the four boilers adopted DCS to control burning systems. They are adjusting blower, draught fan, grate equipment and coal feeder. The setting of the internal adjusting parameters in the expert controlling system of automatically burning of the boilers, the online adjusting of DCS, manual and automatic switching without disturbance, and on-the-spot setting of operation parameters of the automatically burning system were discussed.
