| 摘 要： | 重点研究了能源利用方式粗放、浪费严重、效率不高的问题，技术已经成为制约行业发展的瓶颈，受资金和技术条件限制，一部分技术装备水平低、消耗高、环境污染严重的中小企业，将面临被淘汰和被兼并的命运。利用新技术是当前节能工作的重点。

| Abstract: | The report main investigate the problem of extensive utilization of energy, serious waste and low efficiency. The technology has restrained the development of the industry. Because of the limit of capital and technology condition, some small and medium enterprise wiU face the destiny of wash out and annexation, in which the technical equipment is low, energy consumption is high and the pollution of the environment is serious. The utilizing of new technology is the focal point of the present energy conservation. |
