基于现场总线的模糊控制系统

摘    要:基于现场总线控制技术,介绍了模糊控制系统的设计方法。采用双单片机AT89S52与AT90S8515设计了基于PA总线接口的回转窑温度智能模糊测控系统。利用ASIC芯片SPC4、SIM1设计了Profibus-PA总线通信接口和回转窑温度检测接口硬件电路,给出了总线通信接口程序流程图。应用结果表明,系统通信可靠、控制效果好。

Abstract:Design means of fuzzy control system is introduced based on fieldbus control technology. An intelligent fuzzy measurement and control system based on PA bus interface for temperature in rotary kiln is designed by using dual single chip computer AT89S52 and Ar190S8515. The hardware circuits of Profibus-PA bus communication interface and temperature measurement interface of rotary kiln are designed by using ASIC chips SPCA, SIMI. The program flowchart of bus communication interface is provided. The application result shows that this system offers good control effects and reliability.
