| 摘 要： | 介绍了地基基础价值工程的组织和程序 ,对工程勘察、地基基础设计进行了功能分析 ,建立了功能系统图 ,并用A L Saaty层次分析理论 ,使功能指数定量化 ,发展了价值工程评价工程勘察、地基基础设计的方法 ,给出了地基基础方案的决策和整体总价值结构组成图。应用本文方法对某商厦工程进行了地基基础价值工程分析 ,得到了对工程具有指导意义的结论

| Abstract: | Applying of the value engineering to the foundation is studied in the paper First,the constitution and the procedure of the foundation are introduced It is discussed in detail for the functions of the geological investigation and the foundation design;the functional system chart is built The analytic hierarchy process is used to quantify the function index Both the decision making and the total value of the foundation are presented Finally,an example is given to show the whole process Some valuable conclusions are got from the study |
