助磨剂工程应用的试验与评价

总结了助磨剂影响粉磨过程和水泥性能的因果层次递进关系和多重作用，在此基础上，根据国内外水泥厂应用助磨剂的实际经验，提出基于工程应用要求的助磨剂试验与评价方法。认为：助磨剂试验应谨慎地使用化验室统一试验小磨制样；助磨剂对水泥与减水剂相客性的影响应该作为助磨剂的主要评价内容之一；应以性能指标的性价比评价助磨剂的经济性，并作为选择助磨剂的主要依据。

Test and evaluation of application of grinding aids

The effect of grinding aids on grinding process and cement properties was summarized. Based on the experience of application of grinding aids in cement plant at domestic plants and abroad, the test and evaluation methods for engineering application were presented. The grinding aids should be tested with lab mill carfully to reveal the compatability of this grinding aids with the water reducer that the client had been used; and also the economical balance as well. Then the decision could be made.
