| 摘 要： | 分析目前广西水利科技工作中存在的主要问题,提出通过加快水利科研机构管理体制改革、水利科技运行机制和人才管理体制改革以及加强宏观领导、管理创新、基础设施建设、政策法规建设、技术合作与交流,建立健全水利科技推广体系,加快人才培养,加大资金投入等措施和办法,促进广西水利科技的可持续发展,为广西水利事业提供强有力的技术支撑。

| Abstract: | The major problems existing in present Guangxi water conservancy scientific and technical work are analyzed. It is pointed out that we shall accelerate the reform of water science research institute management system, water conservancy science and technology operating mechanism and talent administration system, strengthen macro_guidance, administration innovation, infrastructure construction, policy and regulation construction, technical cooperation and communication, establish and perfect water conservancy science and technology propagation system, accelerate talent training, increase capital investment, so as to promote the sustainable advancement of Guangxi water conservancy science and technology, and provide vigorous technical support for Guangxi water conservancy construction. |
