基于白噪声的接地电阻测试原理与误差分析

摘    要:基于白噪声的接地电阻测试方法是最近提出的一种测试方法,它是以白噪声发生器为电源,用双通道频谱分析仪对电压信号和电流信号进行分析处理而求出接地电阻的一种方法。本从功率谱的角度出发,对该方法的测试原理进行了性能上的研究,并分析了它的测量误差。

Abstract:This paper discusses the measuring theory and the measuring error based on white noise.We use a white noise generator as a power source and then analyse the measured voltage and current signals by bipath frequency spectrum analyser. The advantage of this method is that the disturbing voltage can be restrained partly. But it is difficult to eliminate the disturbing voltage completely.
